Where is your branches located?

The main office of ESS is in Poblacion, Nabas, Aklan. Currently, the company has branches in Iloilo, Bacolod, and a Lite branch in Valenzuela. Any interested clients can be conveniently served near our branches.

Is it possible to purchase the software alone?

Yes, you can avail a software license even if you are distant from our branches. We can assist you through remote access using AnyDesk or TeamViewer to facilitate the software installation. We will provide you with instructions on what steps to take.

Is your technical support available at all times?

Upon your purchase, we will create a Facebook Group chat involving our team and yours. Feel free to send your inquiries or concerns anytime. Our support is available whenever our technical team is online in the Group chat.

What is the warranty for your products?

Our products and services come with a one-year warranty. For software products, we typically provide free one-year technical support and complimentary minor customizations. After the initial year, you will have the option to renew the retainer and maintenance support for an additional one year. The retainer fee depends on the products you purchased, but typically costs Php 3,500 and up.

How can I avail your products?

Once you have decided to avail our products, kindly send your business permit or any available permit you have. Our team will then provide you with the draft of contracts, following which we will schedule the installation and training sessions.

Do you offer an installment basis?

Yes, we offer an installment basis. If you are near our branches, you can avail of installment options using MetroBank credit cards or through post-dated checks.
